Terms of Service
Lawn Maintenance:
We offer 2 maintenance programs: biweekly (every 2 weeks), or our weekly Spring & Summer (April through September) and biweekly Fall & Winter (October through March). Some services are performed as needed. Any extra work will be quoted and billed separately.
Every scheduled visits will be performed, weather permitting, or unless notified otherwise. Schedules are set to maximize performance; due to uncontrollable conditions such as weather and traffic, we cannot specify an exact time of service. We reserve the right to change the scheduled date or service crew without notice, to accommodate our team' schedules with any event, or weather and/or Holidays.
During Fall and Winter month, the crew priority is to blow the leaves off the grass. We mulch* them with the mowers, then blow the dust off the lawn. The extra leaves in the beds are cleaned up little by little at each visits. By the end of the Winter all the leaves should be removed.
Customers receiving Fertilizer and Weed Control treatments:
Weeds in non flowing beds are sprayed with chemicals. Please allow 7 to 14 days for chemical to reach the roots and kill the weeds. Hand picking weeds is an extra service, contact us for a free quote.
Some services are performed as needed, or are seasonal and might not be performed in the dormant season. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit if you have specific requests.
Holidays We Celebrate:
We will not service your yard on the following days. Our office will be closed. Your lawn maintenance will be serviced the next day available, please see your invoice or call us for detail.
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day (First Monday of September)
- Thanksgiving and Black Friday
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- Some services are suspended the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Notice of Damage:
Client must notified Ronin Quality Lawn Specialists LLC (R.Q.L.S.) within 48 hours of any damages caused by R.Q.L.S.’s. employees while performing work (via phone call for minor problems and in writing for more serious issues). Pictures or videos are appreciated. In most cases, R.Q.L.S. will address the problem within two (2) to five (5) business days after receiving client’s request. In some cases it may take longer, depending on circumstances beyond R.Q.L.S. control (such as, but not limited to: weather, inappropriate time of year to correct the turf or landscape problem, or non-availability of materials).
Cancellation of a Project:
Cancellation must be in a written notice. A penalty of 15% of the entire project amount will be held on deposit if project is canceled. Materials that have been purchased and/or delivered cannot be refunded.
Customer Satisfaction:
